Appointment Process

Step I – Call-In

• Call in on the designated call-in date listed on the official calendar. All call-in appointments begin promptly at 8:00 AM.
• If you do not receive an appointment, you must call again on the next designated call-in date.
• If you receive an appointment, proceed to Step II.

Step II – In-Person Document Turn-In

• Document turn-in is permitted by appointment only.
• Report to the OCETI Training Center on the date and time provided during your call-in.
• Bring all required documents with you. Incomplete documentation will result in closure of your file.
• No documents will be accepted outside of a scheduled appointment.

Step III – Testing Requirements

• All assigned testing dates are mandatory.
• Failure to attend will result in closure of your file.

IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

To ensure a smooth and fair scheduling process, please carefully follow the guidelines below for call-in appointments.

• Start Time: All call-in appointments begin promptly at 8:00 AM on designated call-in days.
• Scheduling Process: Appointments must be scheduled by phone only on the designated call-in day.
• No Early Appointments: Appointments cannot be scheduled in advance. 
• No Alternative Scheduling Processes: Walk-ins, voicemails, and emails will not be accepted for appointment scheduling.
• Refer to the Calendar: Always consult the official calendar for specific call-in dates.
